We can be slaves. Or we can be free. So here’s the way to liberation; even if we don’t think...
By Natasha van Zyl, BA Psych (Hon) (Stell)
Natasha van Zyl (BA Pysch [Hons]) has become a true warrior for the neurodivergent community. Blending her psychology background with the lived experience of her own neurodivergent profile including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, Natasha reaches beyond the traditional confines to bring us the most profound of human truths.
In service to her tribe, Natasha has chosen to be “neurodivergent first”, stepping out of the role of a traditional psychologist and finding deeper authenticity in her work as a neurodivergent advocate.
She has fine-tuned techniques from all over the world in supporting life transitions and healing trauma, ever reminding us of our innate power to reshape our realities, to transcend our traumatic pasts, and to shake off the shackles of society’s oppressive conformities.
Her work, her studies, and her research are underpinned by her living wisdom, her unique perspectives, and the absolute belief that all humans are part of a perfect design. It is in this space that Natasha shows us all, neurodivergent or not, how we can live our lives as our most free, unique, and wonderful selves.

We can be slaves. Or we can be free. So here’s the way to liberation; even if we don’t think...
